I graduated from a Computer Engineering Technology Program, but had an interest in Casinos. I got an opportunity to work at a Slots facility in an entry position as a summer job, and when I graduated I was hired for a Slot Technician. It allows me to apply what I learned in school. My advise is to look early for a summer job in a company you want to work for, even if it's an entry position. Most companies will hire from within, so you already have a foot in the door, it worked for me.
