In my opnion, Accounting is a very good opportunity to whom love mathematics. It occurs very large number of vacancies are now. Without this nothing cannot be operated. Due to my opnion the brain of a company is always a brilliant accountant. Now the accounts is fully operated in computer by different financial programms. It is also a very responsible job. I wish to recommended this career for the people who wish to become the main of a company.
You must be good in and enjoy math to even consider this career. In this job you either like it or hate it. It isnt something you can get "used" to. I recommend this career only under those circumstances. If I had to do it over again, I would choose something else only because there are no surprises in this career and it can get boring. That is the con, it gets boring. The pros are it is rewarding. But it is a dull job. I always wanted to go into nursing when I was younger and just sort of ended up here. I think nursing would have been interesting. There is nothing interesting about accounting. You must realize this before you dedicate your life to it.
You need to enjoy working with numbers and figuring things out. Reconciling accounts, analizing numbers, watching for patterns to see if there is anything odd or strange going on. This career would not be for someone who needs or likes to associate with others it can be a solitary job in which you might not make a lot of friends.
