I was overall very happy with my experiences at VU. I was an education major. The proffessors are some of the best in the area, and are very intune with the students at the university. If I had any complaint, it would be that the school needs to loosen up a bit. I understand that it is a religious private university, but being a dry campus there is little room for students to do much on campus. I would still definitely encourage anyone interested in going there to do so.
Founded in 1851, Cooper Union was the first college to prohibit discrimination on the basis of race or religion in its charter.
