The school is attended by 1,250 undergraduate students and 1,569 graduate students. About 54% of all students are male and 62%
of the students live in college-owned, operated, or affiliated housing. Tuition and fees for the 2004-05 academic year are
$19,162 and room and board is $6,736. In 2003 the University offered $3.5 million in scholarships to students. More than 60% of
undergraduates go on to graduate school, and the rate of acceptance for medical school and law school applicants is more than
90%.
