UAH was a great school to get a scientific background. It is ultimately an engineering school (or was at the time)and thus the liberal arts were partially limited. I did recieve an "overall" education there, but was impressed by the quality of anything math and science oriented. While I was there, we were on a quarter system with symester hours; therefore, it is essential that students do not get behind in their course work. If they do they will never be able to catch up. I would recomend this university to thosestudents that are serious about entering engineering and science fields.
Harvard University, the first college in America, was originally called "New College" and sometimes just referred to as "Cambridge," the city in MA where it's located.
