This college is centered in a Mormon environment so unless you are very religious our a Mormon it might be awkward. It was awkward for me not being Mormon. I would still go to this college again, because my family works at the university and lives here and the people are very easy to get along with. The pros are very small classes and teachers that really care about your education. The cons are the rules and regulations that are put on students to obey. It is a very strict college and if you do something wrong you will most likely be caught.
About a third of the students at Washington and Lee University still receive some financial aid from interest on an endowment set up by George Washington in 1796.
