MBA program requires a committed, focused, and disciplined attitude. This is an online program requiring a minimum of three discussion engagements per week per course in addition to other course completion requirements that typically include one paper per week and a final research paper. The MBA curriculum has core components into two tracks: leadership skills and technical management skills. Course instructors (facilitators) are experienced professionals within the subject discipline. For example, the negotiations course is taught by a former Stanford University professor, and the operations management and financial management courses are taught by a former fortune 100 executive.
