The main campus of University of St. Thomas is set in urban cityscape between St. Paul and Minneapolis along side the Mississippi River. Small class sizes and a helpful, committed faculty both contribute to the overall experience that each student has while enrolled.
Committed to the development of well-rounded individuals, St. Thomas requires courses in Science, Philosophy, Theology, Fine Arts and a second language. This commitment is extended further to incentivize study abroad opportunities including studying at its Bernardi Campus in Rome, Italy.
St. Thomas offers great opportunities and challenges for the assertive student. I failed to take advantage of the many activities and services available. I regret trivializing the opportunites to network with alimni and classmates. My advice is to take advantage of everything, you're paying for it!
About a third of the students at Washington and Lee University still receive some financial aid from interest on an endowment set up by George Washington in 1796.
