UALR was a good school for me because it is in my hometown, which is easier to live in than most Arkansas cities, and was pretty professional about gaining you the qualifications to get a teacher's license. It's well known in the state, and has good facilities. It did cost a fair amount, though, for a state school, and suffered from not having a live-in community, although new dorms have been built, now.
