Earlham is a wonderful school with wonderful faculty/staff. It's a small place and therefore easy to globalize things that are frustrating. I wish I'd appreciated what I had more when I was there. If you put any amount of effort into the community at Earlham you'll get it back ten-fold.
Chancellors at the College of William and Mary have included some very famous retired statesmen, including Margaret Thatcher (UK Prime Minister), Henry Kissinger (US Secretary of State), Warren E. Burger (US Chief Justice), and, currently, Sandra Day O'Connor (US Associate Justice).
