If you want to go to a smaller college withe attractive and clean surroundings then I recommend Palm Beach Community College. If I had to do it again I would be more than happy to take the courses there. The pros of going there is that it is easy to get your A.A. degree there before only taking two more years at a University to get the four year degree. The transition from this college is to a University is very easy. The cons is that you may find some instructors lazy and complain about their lack of pay which is highly unprofessional behavior. However for the most part I had a very positive experience there.
About a third of the students at Washington and Lee University still receive some financial aid from interest on an endowment set up by George Washington in 1796.
