This is nothing like high school. Some people may say its just 13th grade but it is definetely more than that. Join lots of student organizations, don't depend on making friends in class. Many people are there to go to class and that's all, no socializing or anything. Use the free services, like the math and writing tutors. I would recommend this college to anyone wishing to make a smooth transition into college. I would chose this college over again. Pros: great professors, great classes. Cons: not as social as a university. People should know it is not the 13th grade, it is a real college.
When P.T. Barnum donated money to Tufts University, he did so on the condition that the school's mascot be named after his beloved elephant. The Tufts University mascot has been the "Jumbos" ever since.
