This career path has allowed me to constantly challenge myself, compete in a growing market, and stay on the cutting edge of technology. I've made amazing contacts along the way, and am very excited about the future, knowing that I'm going to be involved with effecting the way the world works tomorrow.
I'm a Television Newscast Director. I like the immediacy of my job. It is never the same on a day by day basis. I get to travel and be involved with the news. I don't like the hours and the fact that it is 365 days a year, no holidays. My advice to others wanting to get into the media is to get your degree in a related field and try to stay out of the really small markets.
People with higher education levels are more likely to become entrepreneurs.
