Being a print operator can be an interesting job. You see lots of different types of printed materials on a daily basis. The days can be long and stressful however as many clients have large, last-minute jobs that they need ASAP. The pay is not too bad also. Unfortunately, you are on your feet all day long which can be quite tiring. You should have a technical mind to do this job and be able to work independently as well as in a team. On the whole it's not a bad job and depending on the company you work for there is plenty of room for advancement as print companies often like to promote from within.
