This is a good career choice if you enjoy flexibility in your day. I do not do the same task over and over all day, and each day is different from the one before. If you enjoy problem solving and looking at problems from different angles, this is a good career. One con is the pay. Based on other occupations requiring a four year degree, I feel the pay to be in the lower half. If you would like to make more money, I would recommend getting a master's degree or beyond.
