I am a manager in a Pizza chain corporate store. I have always enjoyed working with the public and this was a good job for me to be able to do that. I have been in this position for over 3 years now and I still enjoy it. Yes it is hard work most of the time, and a continious learning experience. There are a mixture of responsibilities, ordering food, taking inventory, doing paperwork, counting money, making deposits, making schedules for all the employees that you work with on a daily basis, taking phone orders or orders over the counter and online orders as well, making the food, cooking it and boxing it. We use computers for taking the orders, and all of the other management duties. One of the biggest cons would be dealing with irrate customers.
