Architecture is fantastic as far as doing project is concerned. Unfortunately there're a lot of boring side-effects in everyday's work. But if you're prepared and don't care too much about these, you'll really have a great time.
Being an Architect is not easy, but I believe is very rewarding. While it is important to have knowledge about building codes, materials, methods, drawings and many other items which affect a project, ultimately an Architect is a manager of resources. How do "we"(project team) build a building which is beautiful, cost effective, timely and fits within the context of its surroundings. That is Architecture and the Architects manges all of these issues. It is fun!
