| Navigating to the Group License Manager |
| To get to the Group License Manager, simply click on the Account Tab at the top of any page. This will take you to the Account home page (see sample to the right). From here, you can find a link to the Group License Manager on the bottom left. |

| Group License Main |
| The Group License Manager features several pages of tools to help you, the owner of a group license, administer your group account, communicate with your users, and view individual test results. Most of these tools can be quickly accessed off the main group license page (see sample to the right). This page lists all the group licenses you currently or have ever owned — the details of which can be accessed by clicking on the code link, report link or user link. |

| License Details |
| By clicking on the code link off the main page, you'll be taken to the License Details page. Here you will find various details of each group license, including the number of users who have redeemed that license, the start and end date for the group license, and payment/cost history. |

| Summary Reports |
| By clicking on the View Reports link off the main page, you'll be taken to the Summary Reports tool. Here you will find a drop-down list of several summary reports for your account, including measures of test popularity and aggregate average scores for each test. |

|
| License Users |
| By clicking on the User link off the main page, you'll be taken to the License Users section. Here you will find a list of all users who have redeemed each license code, organized alphabetically by last name. For each user, there is a link to their public profile page as well as a link to a list of all their career assessment tests (if they have chosen to share them with you; otherwise, it'll be marked "private"). We have also provided you with two easy ways to communicate with your users — Private Messaging and Email links. |

| NEW Accessing User Test Results |
| MyPlan.com now offers you the ability to view individual user test results! From the License Users page (see above), there is a link entitled "View Assessments" for each user (provided they have chosen to share access with you; otherwise, it'll be marked "private"). This will take you to a complete list of all tests that that user has taken. You can then click on any of the test links to see the complete report (including CareerMatch™ scores). |

| NEW Sharing Access to Test Results |
In order for you, the group license owner, to have access to a student's test results, that student must first explicitly grant you permission to view their assessment reports. There are two ways in which a student may elect to share his or her test results with you:
(1) During registration, when a student is given the opportunity to redeem a license code, they are also asked if they would like to allow their school counselor to have access to their test results. If they leave this box checked, you will have access to their reports. |

| (2) At any point after registration, students can log in and visit the Group License section to change their shared access setting (to either grant or deny you access to their reports). Please note: the student's view of the Group License Manager is completely different from that of the owner of the group license -- in other words, they will see different pages in the Group License section then you will (see samples to the right to better understand what pages they will see). |
