Western International is a good theory. The theory is that it makes distance education an option for working adults.
The reality is that they are very disorganized to the point of conflicting instructions to students. They also are not truly setup for working adults.
Service was so bad at Western International that I know many students who have transferred to more traditional schooling, myself included.
If you choose Western International, be sure to get everything in writing - regardless of how trivial it may seem.
