I would call the smallness of this school a pro, but some would a con. It is great if you really want to learn, but it is not a party school and sports isn't a big deal here. We don't have a football team and that's fine by me. The professors here are very well educated and teach both lower level classes and labs instead of teacher assistants, which is a huge pro. All the teachers are also open to helping students outside of class time and office hours.
