I would recommend this college to other people, mostly because of the faculty. I think the faculty and the size of the campus make it very appealing. Because it is a smaller campus you get the opportunity to know your professors more than you would a larger campus. I feel this provides a greater chance for learning. Also the smaller class size allows for one to get to know classmates better. I feel this helps the transition from high school to college. I would recommend people going to this campus even if it is for just 2 years before transferring to University Park.
When P.T. Barnum donated money to Tufts University, he did so on the condition that the school's mascot be named after his beloved elephant. The Tufts University mascot has been the "Jumbos" ever since.
