John Brown University (commonly known as JBU) is a Christian, liberal-arts university located in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
JBU was originally founded in 1919 by evangelist John Elward Brown.
In 1970, the percentage of college freshmen who considered themselves "liberal" was twice that of "conservative". Today, the percentages are nearly equal.
