Grove City College is a private liberal arts college in Grove City, Pennsylvania with a population
of about 2300 undergraduate students. The school is known for its strong humanities core, which emphasises the Judeo-Christian
Western tradition and the free market. While loosely associated with the Presbyterian Church USA, the college is non-denominational and does not require students to sign a
statement of faith. Many students choose Grove City explicitly for the Christian environment and politically conservative
humanities curriculum, but low tuition and solid academics make GCC a generally attractive local alternative to state schools in
Pennsylvania and the surrounding region.
