FSU is a good school located in a small midwestern town. The classes are small, and usually taught by faculty with experience in the field. There is a strong emphasis on applied knowledge rather than theoretical knowledge.
I have chosen to attend FSU as both an undergrad and graduate student.
While scores on the Math portion of the SAT have remained fairly consistent over the past 40 years for men, their average Verbal scores have dropped about 30 points.
