Pretty campus especially during the spring/summer. Great professors and friendly students. Student center and the surrounding area is gorgeous and picturesque.
Eastern Michigan University is a very good college. I had a great experience there. I found the professors to be very knowledgeable in their fields. I was a business major and most of the professors had very significant business experience and were able to tell us real life stories about their experiences. A couple of downfalls were that the business campus is separate from the main campus. Also, the school is mostly a commuter population so it is very difficult to build strong relationships with other students compared to dorm life. Overall my experience was positive, the one downfall from a professional prospective is that the school isn't prestigious or have a nationally recognized name so while I got a great education there are some employers that won't concider hiring a graduate without some substantial experience.
