The community aspect of EMU is wonderful. I attended the seminary there, learned a great deal, and would encourage anyone planning on seminary to consider Eastern Mennonite seminary. The chapel worship is excellent, the professors care, and it's an extraordinarily nourishing environment.
In 1970, the percentage of college freshmen who considered themselves "liberal" was twice that of "conservative". Today, the percentages are nearly equal.
