I love Bradley University. It was my first choice school when I was applying, and I have never regretted the decision to come here. Campus is beautiful, and it's small enough that you can get from one end to the complete opposite end in five minutes. The people are really friendly - students, professors, and staff included. The faculty is, overall, very dedicated to providing a positive experience for the students, and are usually open to student input. Unfortunately, though, the administration often comes across as not caring about student input, and they are adept at answering a question without really saying anything. While Bradley University does not have a football team, the excellent soccer and basketball teams more than make up for it. In fact, in 2006, Bradley's men's basketball team made it to the Sweet Sixteen! The Greek system has a strong presence on campus (about 30% of students are actively Greek). The student body is diverse - many nationalities, orientations, etc. coexist on campus and generally get along. Overall, Bradley is an excellent place to spend your college years. |
