UCO is a small, liberal arts, commuter college located about twenty minutes north of Oklahoma City. Being small, it offers an excellent student/teacher ratio which allows for a better learning experience. The professors are knowledgeable and personable. Tuition is very affordable. Located in the growing community of Edmond, it is ideally located for convenience.
UCO did not have the college atmosphere bc most people commuted. It was the school you went to if you flunked out of the other University's. Overall, it was a good experience. Get in and get out!!!!!!!
In the 1905 college football season, 18 men were killed and 159 more permanently injured during regular U.S. collegiate football games. The NCAA was subsequently formed to establish rules and require protective equipment.
