Frostburg is located in the rural hills of western MD. It's a great school for a relatively low price - especially in-state tuition. (For some reason, NJ also has some kind of deal with them, so if you're from Jersey, I'd find out! I had several friends that lived in NJ and had in-state tuition!)
The best thing about Frostburg is its cleanliness. The air smells nice, the scenery is good, and the campus is very safe. The surrounding community is boring, however, so you'll be watching a lot of movies. Again - rural MD. Otherwise, I had a great experience there and I'd recommend it.
This school is regularly underated and mistakenly seen as a party school -- they accept most but what it takes to graduate is as much or more than any other Maryland university. I enjoyed the small class sizes, numerous organizations, low cost, and access to outdoors. Those who want mindless entertainment, clubs, and who are afraid to adventure a little beyond the next street (or wherever the metro takes you) will find no trouble enjoying this university.
President George W. Bush (43) is the only U.S. President to have gone to business school.
