Tips and advice would be to enjoy your time in college. Experience as much as possible. Spend at least 1 year in a dorm. Also, spend at least 1 year living off-campus. Take your classes seriously and don't skip--you are paying for all of those days that you skip.
I would definitely recommend this college to anyone living in the state. It has a lot of great educational and athletic opportunities available. The town of Ellensburg is a small town with a lot of amenities and is not far from the Seattle/Tacoma area.
I would definitely choose CWU again if I had a choice.
In 1970, the percentage of college freshmen who considered themselves "liberal" was twice that of "conservative". Today, the percentages are nearly equal.
