Masters degree programs include Education and Business.Its predecessors were Mount St. Scholastica College and St. Benedict's College, which merged on July 1, 1971.The Nobel Peace Prize laureate Wangari Maathai studied at the Mount from 1960 to 1964.The school's sports teams wearing black, red, and white uniforms are called Ravens.
