I really like South Puget Sound Community College. I went there for classes to become a certified nursing assistant, and have also had various other classes there. The teachers and administrative staff were very friendly and helpful. The financial aid office was really easy to work with and helps every step of the way. I would recommend this college to anyone living in the area that even just wants to take some basic classes. The one struggle that I have had with the college is that most of the required nursing classes are during the day. And it is not possible to have a full time job and attend the classes that you need to.
About a third of the students at Washington and Lee University still receive some financial aid from interest on an endowment set up by George Washington in 1796.
