I'd say, if you live in the Schenectady area, and don't feel like moving away to a college, SCCC is definitely a good choice. It's cheap, and has some great programs, especially its Culinary Arts program. Suprisngly, its tutoring system is quite good. You can get a free tutor for up to two of your courses if you just fill out an application!
