Piedmont is a great place to get the first two years of most degrees out of the way. It's cheaper than most (if not all) four-year colleges, but you don't get a "discount education."
There is a surprising variety in the student body. I've been in classes with students from other states and even international students.
The biggest suggestion, I think, is make sure you have enough time to get from classes in the main building to the Dickinson building (and vice versa). You should have at least 10 minutes. The only other thing to be aware of is that parking, as of Spring 2009 is not abundant, so you should plan to be early for your classes to make sure you have time to get in from the parking lot.
The University of Oklahoma's Museum of Art houses a collection of 33 French Impressionist masterpieces including works by Degas, Gauguin, Monet, Pissarro, Renoir, Toulouse-Lautrec, and Van Gogh.
