M.C.C. is an excellent college for those on a tight budget who would like to tranfer to a more expensive school later. They have 2+2 programs set up with S.U.N.Y schools all around NY, where a student can attend M.C.C. for two years and then tranfer to another school for the remainder of thier bachelors degree.
The U.S. federal government spends more on defense than the rest of the world combined! They spend about the same on education as France alone.
