I feel that this college lacks a lot of funding for good programs. The photo dept. is shutting down some of the equipment for good and not using the dark rooms for most classes any longer. It seems to be all over the college. I would not recommend going here and investing in a UW system college. It is great to start or get off on perhaps a better start then you had in high school but as far as things in the long run i think they lack the right equipment and staff to better your education in ways that might expand your mind.
Milwaukee Area Technical College gave me the skills to get my first "good" paying job. The courses are geared toward real life problem solving and training required right out of college. I enjoyed my time at MATC.
