The college is very convenient for people who live around Mount Dora, Tavares, and the Leesburg areas. It does have three satellite locations other than Leesburg making it easier for people to attend college. It has an attractive campus and the staff and faculty for the most part are pleasant and helpful. The only cons are limited program offerings and parking. It can be frustrating sometimes because you may have to drive around several times to get a decent spot and you have to compete for good parking spots. The faculty have their spots labeled and of course they have the best parking spaces. The students have to park farther away. This rubs me the wrong way but I guess it is a respect thing and maybe they have earned the right to the better parking spots since they are the teachers/instructors. I am very thankful for this jr. college and hope it continues to grow and prosper.
