I thought I'd try it once, to janitor the place I was living. Fooooo! It was an easy job, really. Being that I lived there, I could set my own hours. Being that it was a college campus apartment building, I didn't get many emergency calls. It did not pay all that well, however. I would not suggest it as a lifelong career, but as a way to get some extra spending money, it should not be ruled out.
