For instance, the Spring and Wire Product Manufacturing industry starts with wire and fabricates such items.
Establishments that specifically produce machinery create end products that apply mechanical force; for example, the application of gears and levers, to perform work. The basic processes of forging, stamping, bending, forming, machining, and welding that apply in general to Fabricated Metal Products Manufacturing also apply to machinery production.
