I like interacting with people. That is a highlight of my job. But you have to take the bad with the good. I am a Customer Service Representative for an insurance district office. Most of my calls are people complaining. You have to know how to deal with upset people and know how to calm them down and reassure them.
I recommend this career to outgoing, friendly people. If you are a bitter person this career is not the right one for you.
This is not the career I have choosen. It sort of just came to me. I do not plan on keeping this career for the rest of my life.
This career can be monotonous. Dealing with customer complaints but you get to meet so many different people in so many different circumstances. Sometimes it can make you realize how you life differs from other and not to take your life for granted.
