This work is fun in the sense that one is assebling a electromechanical piece of equipment from the ground up. It requires knowlegde of hand tools, and some knowledge of hand power tools. Attention to detail, saftey, and following written intstruction are a must. Some knowledge of Digital Multi-meters might be required, along with other electrical or electronic test equipment. The education required is high school, but attending school like a community college to improve your skills can lead to high positions such as technicians.
