Audiology is the career of the next century. With all the baby boomers, if you are willing to work hard... you'll make money and have a secure job. It's a one-on-one career, with potential for great benefits. The community (audiologists) is close-minded so make sure you get good conections from the get go. I recommend the career but sugest you also have hobbies outside the profession. If I had to do all over again, i'd for nursing since there are more jobs in the rural areas... audiology is restricted for larger communities, unless you want to open your own practice.
